This is a combination of exercises. You're hanging, your tucking and you are extending. All in that order. If you notice towards the end my form gets a little sloppy and I begin to dip my head back and bring my knees to my wrist. You don't want to do that. I left that part in there just because I thought it would be a good learning reference. Now if that is the best that you can do then by all means continue the exercise until you have developed the skill and strength to perform it perfectly. I had a few good ones in there and a few questionable ones in there. The goal is all perfect reps to complete a perfect set to contribute to a perfect workout, But remember, refusing to do an exercise because you can't perform it perfectly is NOT striving for perfection....that would be being weak minded.....if you can't pull your knees up then hang on the bar EVERYDAY until you can. enjoy. jd |
